Restore Integrity to Wayne County Probate Court

Accountability. Transparency. Justice.

It's Time for Real Reform

End the Backroom Deals.
Open the Courtroom Doors.

"For too long, Wayne County Probate Court has operated behind closed doors where connected insiders profit while families are left in the dark. The U.S. Department of Justice’s expanding investigation into the court has exposed systemic corruption. As a Wayne County Probate Judge, I will put an end to illicit ex parte conduct and corruption at the court and I will call upon our Michigan Supreme Court to order the immediate reopening of the court’s doors that have remained closed since COVID. Our families deserve better."

~HON. SUSAN L. HUBBARD
